📝 Terms & Conditions – Garba Event

1. Entry & Registration
   
   

   • Entry is permitted only with a valid registration pass / QR code.

   • Each registration is non-transferable and valid for one person only.

   • Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone without explanation if rules are violated.

2. Security & Safety
   
   

   • All attendees are subject to security checks at the entrance.

   • Prohibited items include alcohol, drugs, weapons, sharp objects, and inflammables.

   • In case of medical emergency, please contact the nearest help desk immediately.

3. Behavior & Conduct
   
   

   • Attendees are expected to maintain dignity and respect towards fellow participants.

   • Any misconduct, harassment, or violence will result in immediate removal without refund.

   • Follow all instructions given by event staff and volunteers.

4. Liability Disclaimer
   
   

   • The organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

   • Participation is at the individual’s own risk.

5. Photography & Media
   
   

   • The event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to use of your images/videos for promotional purposes.

   • Professional photography/videography without prior permission is prohibited.

6. Parking & Venue Rules
   
   

   • Parking will be available at designated areas at attendee’s own risk.

   • Entry to restricted zones of the venue is not permitted.

7. Crowd Management
   
   

   • Entry and exit will be managed in phases for safety.

   • Please cooperate with volunteers to avoid overcrowding.

8. Force Majeure
   
   

   • The organizers shall not be held responsible for event cancellation or changes due to natural disasters, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond their control.
