• Generating your Registration ID and E-Pass (QR Code)

• Sending confirmation emails, updates, and event-related communication

• Managing entry/check-in at the venue

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or for event operations (e.g., payment processing, check-in systems).

• Your data will be stored securely in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

• We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

• Sensitive payment details (cards, UPI, wallets) are processed directly by our payment gateway (Razorpay/other) — we do not store this information.

• Participant data will be retained only for the duration necessary to manage the event and for any post-event legal, financial, or audit requirements.

• After this period, personal data will be securely deleted.
